SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
B+B orders are processed and shipped from Cary, NC. Because we do not keep stock and everything is made to order, all orders will ship out within 2 weeks of placement. We do NOT ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days). If you would like to do a local pickup please place in notes and shipping will be refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same or another product of equal value.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery and all products must be in the condition you received.

Please note that it can take up to one week to process returns upon receipt. Once received, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail confirming this.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exchanges: you will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number.
